By using Angel One Trading’s services (hereinafter referred to as “Angel One Trading,” which includes its affiliates, successors, and assigns as applicable), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated, modified, or replaced by TheBankBazar periodically. These Terms and Conditions, along with the Service, apply to all loans provided.
This agreement (the “Terms”) is between you and Angel One Trading, whose principal office is located at Unit 1241A, 12th Floor, Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West, Sector 4, Uttar Pradesh, 201301. It governs your use of Angel One Trading’s proprietary risk evaluation and measurement software system (“Angel One Trading“) and the services described herein (“Service”).
Additional terms may apply to specific Services, such as those related to particular events, promotions, or special arrangements. These supplemental terms will be communicated to you for the relevant Service(s). They will be considered part of these Terms for the applicable Service(s). In case of any conflict between supplemental or amended terms and these Terms, the supplemental or amended terms will take precedence for the specific Services involved.
Angel One Trading reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Unless stated otherwise, changes will take effect when Angel One Trading posts the updated Terms or any amended policies or supplemental terms on the relevant Service(s). By continuing to access or use the Services after such updates are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Angel One Trading may approve or continue to provide a loan to a borrower if the following conditions are met. If you are an individual, you must be at least 18 years old. If you represent a non-individual entity, you must have the proper authorization from that entity to agree to these Terms.
You must be financially solvent.
You confirm and warrant that you are capable of entering into these Terms and fulfilling the obligations outlined herein.
You must be an Indian citizen.
You must be an individual; automated tools or ‘bots’ are not permitted to use the Angel One Trading System under this Agreement.
Your application form must be accepted by Angel One Trading in accordance with its prescribed procedures.
All required documents, whether legal or otherwise, must be completed and signed to Angel One Trading’s satisfaction.
You must provide all primary and secondary evidence of documents as requested by Angel One Trading.
There must be no potential for default, and all representations and warranties made in the application form, loan agreement, or elsewhere must be accurate.
Any additional conditions set by Angel One Trading must be fulfilled or otherwise duly complied with to Angel One Trading’s satisfaction.
To register an account, you must provide certain information, including your name, address, mobile phone number, age, and any unique identifier issued by Angel One Trading.
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account. Failure to do so may hinder your access to Angel One Trading’s systems and services, or result in the termination of this agreement by Angel One Trading.
You are fully responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your account username and password secure and confidential at all times.
Unless otherwise authorized in writing by Angel One Trading, you are permitted to operate only one account. You acknowledge that any misuse of your account not attributable to Angel One Trading will be your responsibility, and you will be liable for any resulting consequences.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the use of any information provided during account setup in accordance with Angel One Trading’s privacy policy, which is considered part of these Terms.
The Service provides access to the Angel One Trading System, which includes verifying the information you provide on the Angel One Trading portal and assessing your creditworthiness. Subject to Angel One Trading’s sole and absolute discretion, you may be able to submit a Credit Facility Application for a short-term credit facility (“Advance”) to a licensed entity partnered with Angel One Trading (“Angel One Trading Partner“) and use other functionalities of the Angel One Trading System as permitted. Angel One Trading is not obligated to disclose its assessment of your creditworthiness to you, your nominees, heirs, or successors.
You understand that Angel One Trading allows you to submit a Credit Facility Application based on its proprietary systems, formats, methodologies, and algorithms in Angel One Trading systems only.
The Angel One Trading System dynamically evaluates the risk associated with each Credit Facility Application based on factors such as the Advance amount, credit eligibility criteria, and other requirements set by the Angel One Trading Partner. Each Credit Facility Application may be evaluated separately. Due to the dynamic nature of these assessments, there is no guarantee that Angel One Trading will allow you to submit a Credit Facility Application for every Advance you seek.
You agree that Angel One Trading or an Angel One Trading Partner may, at their discretion and through authorized agents or agencies, verify the information provided, check credit references, review employment details, and obtain credit reports to assess creditworthiness. The Service does not guarantee that the Advance you seek will be disbursed by the Angel One Trading Partner. Angel One Trading will make a preliminary determination of your creditworthiness and forward this determination to the Angel One Trading Partner. The final decision to grant the Advance rests with the Angel One Trading Partner, which will use its own credit decision processes and methodologies. The Angel One Trading Partner may reject any recommendation from Angel One Trading regarding your Credit Facility Application or Advance.
You are required to repay the Advance, along with all applicable interest, charges, and fees, to the Angel One Trading Partner as specified by them and when they become due. Angel One Trading’s services are solely focused on connecting you with credit providers. Once you are connected to the Angel One Trading Partner or the credit provider, Angel One Trading’s role and services are considered complete.
You acknowledge that an Advance provided under the Loan Documentation constitutes a separate transaction between you and the Angel One Trading Partner, independent of Angel One Trading’s services. Any disputes regarding the Advance must be resolved directly between you and the Angel One Trading Partner. You agree not to involve Angel One Trading in such disputes. If you attempt to do so, Angel One Trading reserves the right to take any actions necessary to protect its interests.
You agree to allow Angel One Trading to send you payment reminders periodically, in accordance with applicable laws. Additionally, you authorize Angel One Trading to use (a) any User Generated Content and/or (b) other information you have provided access to, for the purpose of sending payment reminders to you or to others who can be contacted through you. This includes contacting individuals who may not be users of the Angel One Trading System, as permitted by law.
You explicitly permit Angel One Trading to use any information you provide or generate for its collections agency services, in relation to:
(a) any credit facility you have obtained from a credit issuing entity, regardless of whether Angel One Trading was involved in facilitating that credit facility; or
(b) any credit facility obtained by a third party from a credit issuing agency, if Angel One Trading’s analysis suggests that the information you provided can help contact such a person.
This may involve either (i) deriving contact information for the third party from your provided information and contacting them directly, or (ii) reaching out to you to request contact information for the third party or to ask you to inform the third party that Angel One Trading is trying to reach them.
You are responsible for securing the data network access needed to use the Services. Any data usage rates and fees imposed by your internet or mobile network provider will apply if you access the Services from a wireless-enabled device. Additionally, you must acquire and maintain compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Services and Angel One Trading Systems, including any updates. Angel One Trading does not guarantee that the Services will function on any specific hardware or device. Moreover, the Services may experience delays or interruptions due to the use of the Internet and electronic communications.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Angel One Trading grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license in India to:
Access and use the Angel One Trading Systems through your PC or other portable devices solely for your personal use of the Services within India.
Access and use any content, information, and related materials made available through the Services exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Angel One Trading and Angel One Trading licensors.
You may not:
Use the Services for any purpose other than as expressly outlined in these Terms.
Allow any third parties to access the Services.
You understand that all User Generated Content, as permitted by the Angel One Trading System, is solely the responsibility of the individual from whom it originated. This means you are entirely responsible for any User Generated Content you upload, download, post, email, transmit, store, or otherwise make available through your use of the Service. Angel One Trading does not control, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Generated Content. Your use of the Service and any User Generated Content is at your own risk.
By entering into this agreement, you have opted to use the security measures provided by Angel One Trading, despite the availability of other security options. While Angel One Trading employs industry-standard security measures to protect the Service from viruses and malicious attacks, it does not guarantee that the Service will be free from loss, corruption, attacks, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security breaches.
Angel One Trading warrants that, during the term of this agreement, it will implement commercially reasonable security measures.
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Angel One Trading is not responsible for any failures in telecommunications networks or other communication links used to access the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel One Trading and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Angel One Trading, along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
The user acknowledges and agrees that Angel One Trading, as an aggregator, may share leads with partnered brands related to credit cards and other financial products once the user expresses interest in the service. The user also consents to receive communications via calls, SMS, emails, or other methods from partnered banks and other financial institutions regarding credit cards and other financial services. These partnered brands have the authority to contact the user to assist with service approval based on eligibility. Financial institutions and banks may retain and use your information as needed. By providing your contact details, you agree to receive all information, reports, statements, and announcements through the communication methods you have provided.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of certain information about you in accordance with Angel One Trading’s Privacy Policy and these Terms.
All notices and communications required under this Agreement must be in writing and will be considered given upon receipt if sent through:
If any term, condition, or provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that term, condition, or provision will be severed. The remaining terms, conditions, and provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions. Additionally, a waiver will only be effective if it is made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party.
Angel One Trading will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing the Services if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, riots, fires, floods, natural disasters, or other similar events.
These Terms, along with any supplementary terms or appendices prescribed by Angel One Trading or Angel One Trading Loan Partner, constitute the complete agreement between the parties.
